A Story of Reducing OPEX
Electricity cost in upstream, midstream and downstream processes are one of the largest controllable operating expenses. Not only consuming less electricity is environmentally friendly but also it impacts EBIDTA. Energy management and optimization is one of Integra’s focus areas for modelling and analytics due to its triple bottom-line impact.
In this use case we touch on how you can use your existing data and machine learning to understand your energy usage clusters, patterns and predict the electricity cost. We used machine learning to develop an exploratory model. The explanatory model used various data from past 3 years such as product density, flow rates, suction, discharge, temperatures (to name a few ) and generated interesting insights.
